Comment SAVE50,
and they get the link
Set one keyword, one message, one product. Everyone who comments something else still gets a real answer, because the campaign sits on top of your AI rather than instead of it.
Three decisions, then it runs itself
Pick the word and where it counts
One keyword or a handful. Comments, DMs, story replies, or all three. Every post, or just the two you are running the campaign on.
Write the reply once
The exact message you want sent, word for word. Add a link button, or pin a product variant and Sauzy builds a Pay Now card from its live price.
It lands in their DMs
Once per customer, so nobody gets the same code twice. Optionally with a public "Sent you a DM!" reply under the comment so the rest of the thread knows it worked.
Anything you have already promised in a caption
Discount codes
"Comment SAVE50 for 50% off." The code goes out privately, so it is not sitting under your post for everyone to screenshot.
Giveaways and waitlists
"Comment ME to enter." Everyone who enters gets confirmation instantly, and you get the DM thread to follow up in.
Launch link drops
"Comment LINK and I'll send it." One button straight to the product, instead of asking people to go find your bio.
One-tap checkout
Pin a variant and the reply carries a Pay Now card. They tap, they land in your Shopify cart with the item already in it.
A campaign that cannot deliver does not send
Your Pay Now link is built the moment someone comments, from live Shopify stock and the live price. Sold out overnight? Variant pulled from the catalogue? The campaign steps aside and your AI answers the question honestly instead. Nobody gets a cheerful “here is your link” for a checkout they cannot complete, which is the failure mode every keyword bot ships with.
Campaigns, answered
What happens if the product sells out mid-campaign?
The campaign stops firing, and that is the point. The Pay Now link is built at the moment someone comments, from live Shopify stock and the live price. If it cannot be built, because the variant sold out or left your catalogue, the campaign does not send. The message falls through to your AI instead, which tells them it is gone and offers what you do have. A keyword bot would send the link anyway.
So is this just keyword automation with extra steps?
It is the opposite way around. Keyword tools start with the keyword, so anything you did not script gets no reply at all. Sauzy starts with an AI that answers from your real catalogue, and a campaign is what you add on top for the one message you already promised publicly. If someone comments something you never thought of, they still get a real answer.
Do campaign replies use up my conversation limit?
No. A campaign reply is a fixed message you wrote, so there is no AI generation behind it and nothing is counted against your plan. A post that goes unexpectedly viral costs you nothing extra on the campaign side.
Can I run more than one campaign at a time?
Yes. Each one has a priority, so if two campaigns share a word you decide which wins. Sauzy also warns you on the campaigns page when two active campaigns overlap on a keyword, rather than letting you find out from a customer.
Will someone get the same code twice?
Not unless you want them to. Once per customer is on by default, and it is remembered against the message that fired, not a counter that can drift. Turn it off for a campaign you want to answer every time, like a stockist enquiry.
Does "price" also match "priceless"?
Only if you ask it to. Whole word is the default, so SAVE50 matches SAVE50 and nothing else. Switch to match anywhere when you want a looser catch, like picking up any comment containing "size".
Which posts can I target?
Any post on your connected account, including one you published a minute ago. The picker reads your feed directly, so you can set up a campaign on a launch post before it has a single comment on it.
