2.2 Instagram Graph API Data

To provide AI-powered automation and customer engagement services, SauzyAi accesses certain Instagram Business account data through the Instagram Graph API and Meta Webhooks systems.

• Content Access: Public Instagram posts, captions, stories, media URLs, timestamps, and related metadata for product discovery and analysis.
• Messaging Interactions: Direct Messages (DMs), Story replies, comments, and related webhook events processed to facilitate AI-assisted and human-assisted customer support.
• Metadata: Sender IDs, timestamps, message types, media identifiers, and event data necessary for routing conversations and platform functionality.

Compliance Note: We process Instagram and Meta platform data strictly in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and applicable privacy regulations. We do not sell Instagram data or use it outside the services explicitly enabled by the user.

3. AI Processing and Automation

SauzyAi uses artificial intelligence technologies to analyze Instagram content and assist businesses with customer engagement, product extraction, and automated workflows.

• AI systems may analyze Instagram images, captions, comments, and messages to generate product information and suggested replies.
• Automated responses may be generated for customer inquiries within Instagram messaging channels.
• Users maintain full control over whether AI-generated content is used or published.

4. Webhooks and Real-Time Events

SauzyAi uses Meta Webhooks to receive real-time notifications related to Instagram messaging events, comments, and interactions.

• Incoming webhook requests are validated using Meta security verification mechanisms.
• Events may be temporarily logged for debugging, reliability, and compliance purposes.
• Personally identifiable information is minimized wherever possible within system logs.

5. Use and Sharing of Data

We use collected information solely to operate, improve, secure, and support the SauzyAi platform.

• We do not sell personal data or Instagram platform data.
• Data may be shared with trusted infrastructure providers such as hosting, analytics, or AI processing services where necessary for core platform functionality.
• Information may be disclosed where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information and connected Instagram account data.

8. Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your data and connected Instagram information at any time.

• Via Our Platform: Users may navigate to Settings → Integrations → Delete My Data to permanently remove associated records from our systems.
• Via Meta Settings: Users may revoke SauzyAi’s permissions through their Instagram or Facebook settings. Upon receiving Meta’s Data Deletion Callback notification, we will automatically initiate deletion of associated data from our servers.

Certain limited records may be temporarily retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or operational security.
